Why I chose eXp
I run my business around my life, and the cloud model lets me work from anywhere.
Revenue share and stock sit alongside my commission income.
I can hold multiple state licenses under one brokerage, which matters when you work with people on the move.

Step 3
Community
There is a one-time startup fee and a monthly cloud fee, plus your split until you reach the annual cap. I will share the current numbers on our call so you can compare them to what you pay now.
No. Revenue share is an option for agents who want it, and plenty of agents at eXp focus only on selling.
That depends on your current brokerage agreement. We will look at your timing together so your transition protects your clients and your income.
Many eXp agents run teams and personal brands inside the brokerage. Bring your questions about your setup to our call and I will walk you through how it works.
No. eXp operates across the US and internationally, and I can sponsor agents wherever eXp is licensed to do business.
